Account Registration Terms

• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

General Bonus Terms

• Any bet linked to match-fixing or manipulation will be voided.

Gaming

• Any attempt to manipulate games using software will result in immediate account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 354bd platform. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent of circumventing bonus terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party.
• Intentionally exploiting any system vulnerability or bug.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

354bd may suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended period of account inactivity.

Members will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before an account is closed. This may not apply in cases where the account has been closed due to a rule violation.

• Losses resulting from internet connection issues.
• Delayed transactions due to issues with third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by security vulnerabilities on the member's own device.
• Issues arising from sharing your password with others.
• Normal financial losses from betting and gaming.

354bd takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe gaming should be a source of entertainment — not a cause of addiction or financial hardship.

354bd provides the following responsible gaming tools for members:

• Deposit Limit: Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limit: A cap on maximum losses within a specified period.
• Session Limit: A limit on how long you can play in a single session.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary break from gaming for a set period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request for temporary or permanent account closure.
